Our friendly technical team has over a century of combined experience running Linux servers and supporting cPanel servers. With support speed and quality being a huge factor of our service, we demand that it is handled in-house by staff you can be on first name terms with!
We only use the latest 24-core AMD EPYC CPU's in our servers providing fantastic performance to all users. Combined with a minimum of 128 GB RAM and NVMe SSD drives, the web hosting infrastructure will provide a solid base for super-fast page and service delivery.
When using Cloudlinux on a web hosting server with CageFS technology, all users are kept within their own environment making it very difficult for any users to monopolise server resources or access the files or data of others.
With these security and stability features you can be sure that your users will be hosted in a perfect environment.
When it comes to control panels, there is only one choice! We have been a cPanel partner NOC for 20+ years and we know it inside out. The software has all of the features needed for resellers and end-users allowing accounts to be managed in a simple user interface.
We use Litespeed Enterprise as our primary web server providing significantly higher performance than competitors such as Apache and Nginx. With LSCache added to the stack and official plugins for many major CMS's such as Wordpress, performance will always the best it can be while remaining extremely simple to manage.
Servers are secured using the comprehensive security suite called Imunify360 which provides a regularly updated antivirus, firewall, WAF and patch management system. Using this software our servers are protected against malware, attacks and other nasties in realtime using regularly updated virus definitions and block lists.

We are very proud that we use green power in our datacentre, along with a paperless office and utilising EV company vehicles.
Our datacentre uses 100% renewable electricity and adheres to best practices in Data Centre energy management. ISO50001 accreditation is in place to maintain the required processes and systems to enable the continual improvement of energy performance – which includes energy consumption, efficiency and awareness.
As of 2022 100% of all company vehicles are 100% electricity powered removing the requirement to use (increasingly expensive!) petrol or diesel to get around.
Our office building boasts an "excellent" BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) rating making it one of the most environmentally-friendly office buildings in Lancashire.
As well as being completely paperless, we try to recycle what we can both from our office and by recycling our older server hardware making sure to adhere to the WEEE directive and Hazardous Waste Regulations.
